Client Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing solutions, including planning, system design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and translate these into system configurations.
• Provide expert advice on the functionality and use of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, and other Ariba downstream modules.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide support for SAP Ariba upstream modules (Sourcing, Contracts, and SLP) as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Ariba, including at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
• Expertise in all Ariba downstream modules and Commerce Automation.
• Experience in support projects in upstream modules (Sourcing, Contracts, and SLP) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
